These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by She Club Foundation Inc. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

She Club Foundation Inc (“the Foundation”, “we”, “us”) is a Florida not-for-profit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 42-4066794), with its principal address at 9909 Brompton Drive, Westchase, FL 33626, USA.

Informational purposes only — no professional advice

The Site and its content, including blog articles, guides and resource directories, are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial or any other professional advice, and they may not reflect the most current legal or regulatory developments. Emergencies

The Foundation is not an emergency response service, and applications and messages are not monitored in real time. If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 911. No professional–client relationship

Submitting an application, contacting the Foundation or receiving a response does not create an attorney–client, psychotherapist–patient, doctor–patient or any other professional–client relationship, even where assistance is provided by or through licensed professionals. Assistance provided by the Foundation’s team and volunteers is charitable in nature.

Eligibility

The Site and its forms are intended for persons aged 18 or older. By submitting a form you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Forms and submissions

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not violate the rights of any third party. By submitting a form you consent to our contacting you through the channel you indicate. We may disregard submissions that are abusive, fraudulent, threatening or manifestly unfounded.

No guarantee of assistance

All assistance provided by the Foundation is charitable, discretionary and subject to available resources, program criteria, location and volunteer availability. Submitting an application does not guarantee that assistance will be provided, in any particular form or within any particular timeframe. The Foundation may decline, limit or discontinue assistance at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading or malicious information; impersonate another person; attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, submission records or other data; interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or scrape or bulk-collect content or data from the Site.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are used to support the Foundation’s charitable programs. The Foundation is exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3); donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (IRC Section 170). Donation receipts are provided by email. Online payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor; full payment card details are never stored on the Foundation’s servers. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a payment was made in error, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith.

Third-party websites, resources and referrals

The Site contains links to third-party websites and may refer you to independent specialists and organizations. Such links and referrals are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Third-party providers are independent; the Foundation is not a party to your relationship with them and is not responsible for their content, services, availability, acts or omissions.

Intellectual property

The content, texts, design and logo of this Site are the property of She Club Foundation Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this Site.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE FOUNDATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FOUNDATION, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, TEAM MEMBERS AND VOLUNTEERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, OR THE SERVICES OF THIRD PARTIES TO WHICH THE SITE REFERS YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation and its directors, officers, team members and volunteers from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Governing language

The Site is available in English and Russian. The Russian version of these Terms is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the English version controls.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
